During your 16-Week Whole Health Program we will:
🌿Establish a daily routine that will support your healthy lifestyle.
🌿Meal Prep and talk about nutrition.
🌿Learn about forming healthy habits.
🌿Discuss the importance of stress management and a support system/person.
🌿Have weekly one-on-one meetings and phone calls.
🌿Schedule Interactive meetings (Meal Prep, Pantry Purge, and Yoga). Free and included in the program.
🌿Find ways to stay on track so you can reach your goals even when there are distractions, such as birthdays, holidays, and vacations.
🌿 Create short and long term goals.
💥Additionally, you will receive lots of helpful information, regarding nutrition, staying active, and yoga/meditation. You will also have access to an online support group, where you can ask questions, share advice, and seek support. 💪
