My name is Jeanine. My desire to live healthy came from my struggle with an autoimmune disease. It left me tired, anxious, depressed, and unable to lose weight. After realizing that there was no "magic pill", I completely changed my diet and started a regular workout routine. Strength training, cardio, and yoga is what I began to focus on. I learned a lot along the way including that you can’t achieve weight loss with diets alone. To be healthy we need to look at every aspect of our life including; physical activity, stress management, habits, and eating patterns to name a few. Habits that are detrimental to our health need to be replaced with positive habits that are going to support our healthy lifestyle.
I believe that with the right support we are all able to achieve a happy balance of health…I will provide you with the resources and inspirations you need to become the best version of yourself.
I am a certified Holistic Health Coach and Yoga Instructor. Currently working on my certification to become a Warrior At Ease Teacher. Warrior At Ease is a nonprofit organization that helps military communities and veterans build health and resilience through yoga and meditation.
