Banana Bread with Coconut flour gf & dairy free

If you have a sweet tooth, try this delicious COCONUT BANANA BREAD. No sugar, sweetened with bananas. Gluten and dairy free!
Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups mashed bananas (about 3 medium ripe bananas) 1/4 cup almond butter 1/2 cup coconut flour 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs at room temperature 1/2 tsp cinnamon
-Preheat oven to 350. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
-With an electric mixer combine bananas, vanilla, and almond butter. Mix until creamy and smooth.
-Add eggs, one at a time. With the mixer on medium-low, add coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until combined.
-Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth top. Bake for 25-35 minutes.
-Remove from oven and place on wire rack to cool for 20 minutes.
Add your favorite fruit and top with some no sugar, no salt added almond butter.
