This morning in yoga class, my teacher talked about change and how it affects us. I think most of us struggle with impermanence. We are creatures of habit and tend to cling to things. Habits, good or bad, seem almost impossible to break. That’s why it’s so hard for many of us to adopt a healthy lifestyle. It’s not that some people have willpower, and some don’t. Most people just aren’t ready for change because they’re afraid of pain and the unknown. At the same time, we and our surroundings are constantly changing, even if we are not consciously aware of it. The truth is, we need change to move us forward… embrace it!🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑
