Healthy Meal Prep
Holistic Health Coach Jeanine will come to your house and help you prepare your meals for the week. That includes one breakfast, five lunches, and five dinners. The recipes are extremely easy to make, healthy, and delicious. I will also talk about healthy snacks and desserts. You can check out some of the recipes that we'll make by looking at my Facebook recipes.
I will provide you with a recipe list and the ingredients that need to be purchased beforehand.
Pantry Purging & Restocking
Do you need help with cleaning out and restocking your pantry? I will give your pantry a makeover by removing the "bad" foods so you can start fresh with healthy alternatives that will help you reach your health goals. I will also provide you with helpful advice, a list of healthy foods you should have at home, and some healthy recipes.
